BNamericas delivers on-the-ground insight and trusted business intelligence to companies and investors active and entering Latin America. With coverage in 10 industries: oil and gas, electric power, mining and metals, insfrastructure, water and waste, petrochemicals, banking, insurance, privatization and ICT.

The Lead Generation Representative is responsible for engaging with early stage prospects to help nurture opportunities and provide Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) to reps within the sales organization. This role will act as a layer between marketing and sales handling all first contact with new clients and build relationships through marketing activity and outbound cold calling campaigns. This role can be performed remotely from abroad. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Drive origination of qualified leads

  • Research target industries and existing client base, develop company lists, contact lists, and contact new potential Prospects by phone and email to actively develop qualified leads to be sent to our sales staff.
  • Have in-depth conversations with potential prospects about their information requirements and business strategy for growth in Latin America
  • Explain to potential prospects how BNamericas works and how our services can help them through the entire lifecycle of their business growth as their trusted source of information.
  • Input all qualified leads into Salesforce.com for immediate action by Sales.
  • Follow up with the Sales Reps and customer to make sure the lead is actioned on a timely basis.
  • Demonstrate effectiveness through weekly reports to track performance and results.

Develop your selling skills

  • Cross-selling other BNamericas services (Advertising, customized solutions etc.)

Requisitos:

Here's what you'll bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B telesales and/or B2B lead generation, ideally focussed on the US Market 
  • Experience in industrial projects is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish or another second language is an asset
  • Strong active listening and decision making skills
  • High sense of urgency, and outstanding time management/organizational skills
  • Experience working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools
